No. Once you have coach access at the club, you create and run your own student events from the coach dashboard, and nobody in the office has to set it up for you.

Does the club have to run my event?

No. You configure it and run it yourself from the coach dashboard, and your list opens on the events you're part of.

Which formats can I run?

All five: knockout, double-elimination, round-robin, groups, and Swiss. Each one advances the bracket and updates the standings on its own.

Can I keep an event private to my students?

Yes. Set it to invite-only so only your students can enter, or make it public and take wider sign-ups.

How do I score matches?

Enter results from your phone court-side while the event runs. Standings and the next round update themselves.

Can I charge an entry fee?

Yes at claimed clubs. Set the fee and the cap when you create the event, and TEKKA shows the fee to players and keeps the paid list. You take the money yourself.
