Cash bookings are where clubs quietly lose money. Someone takes prime time, then never turns up. A player with a clean record still books in one tap. But the moment you record a no-show, their next cash bookings put a small refundable reservation fee on their card.

Regulars never see it. Once you mark someone a no-show, their next cash bookings place a small refundable hold on their card. Nothing is charged yet. They just have something at stake.
Released when they show
They turn up, cash changes hands at the desk, and the hold is released in full. Show up and you never pay a cent extra.
A credit on your bill
Cancel inside 48h of the start, or don't show at all, and TEKKA charges the fee and credits it against your next subscription invoice. The empty court costs them instead of you.
There is nothing to switch on. Marking the no-show is what arms it, so clear yesterday's bookings each morning. Cancel with more than 48h notice and the hold is refunded in full.
A first no-show carries no deposit. The protection starts once you record that one, and grows each time the same player repeats it. TEKKA handles the deposit and nothing else. Any dispute over the full court fee stays between your club and whoever booked.

You pay for what you use. Run more courts and the rate drops on its own. No contract, no minimum, nothing hidden. Last month's usage is charged on the 4th, and new clubs get the first 3 months free.
How it works: the platform fee is a small percentage of booking income, scaled by how many courts are active. Every club gets the same product. The percentage just falls as you grow.

Your name and an email address is the whole signup. No sales call, no credit card. Add courts when you are ready, connect payments, set booking rules at whatever pace suits the team. Most clubs go live with two or three courts and expand once everyone is comfortable. The first three months are free.
Before you go live, we verify your club so players can trust your page. Upload your documents once and a person on our team reviews them. We aim to finish within two business days. You can keep setting up courts and settings while that runs.
That depends on your country and which providers you connect. Card, mobile wallet, bank transfer, QR code, cash at the desk, crypto. Whatever you switch on is what your players see, and all of it lands in the same place. Closing out the day takes a few minutes.
